How we handle your data.
Plain English. One page. UK GDPR-aligned.
You share data with us when you enquire, email, or sign up for occasional agency notes. This page is our promise about what we do with it, what we don't, and how to get it back or gone.
01Who we are
Vector & Lore Ltd is a creative digital agency registered in England & Wales. We operate from London and Stockholm. For anything data-related you can reach us directly:
- Controller
- Vector & Lore Ltd
- Registered
- England & Wales
- Contact
- privacy@vectorandlore.com
- Reply window
- Within 5 working days
02What we collect
Only what you give us directly — the name, email, company, timeline, and brief you put into the contact form, or the email you enter into the occasional-note form. If you email us, we keep the thread.
We do not run analytics, cookies, advertising pixels, session replay, or third-party trackers on this site.
03Why we keep it
- To reply to your enquiry. Legitimate interest — you asked us to.
- To scope a project, if we take it on. Performance of contract.
- To send occasional agency notes, only if you ticked the box. Explicit consent — and unsubscribe is one click.
04How long
- Closed enquiry: 12 months, then deleted.
- Active engagement: for the duration, plus 7 years for accounting.
- Agency notes list: until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove you.
05Who else sees it
Our email provider (hosted business email), the agency team who'll work on your project, and — if you become a client — our accounting platform. That's the list. We do not sell data. We do not share it with marketing networks or analytics platforms.
06Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask us to show you what we hold, correct it, delete it, or stop processing it. Email privacy@vectorandlore.com and we'll act within 30 days — usually within 5.
If we get it wrong, you can complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk. We'd rather you tell us first.
07Cookies
The site doesn't use any. No tracking, no analytics, no ad cookies — and no local-storage either (the prototype's vl-page key was retired in the production port).
08Changes
If we change this page, we update the date at the top and — for material changes — email anyone who's on the occasional-note list before the change takes effect.
